Elevate also places a strong emphasis on fair labor practices, ensuring that all of our workers are treated with dignity, respect, and provided an environment that exceeds existing legal requirements and industry standards.
Regen
Inicio believes in sustainable and eco-friendly sourcing that should benefit both the textile industry and the environment. By using textile waste as a key raw material, we are reducing the amount of waste generated during textile production and divert it from landfills. Besides being cost-effective, this helps reduce the environmental impact of textile production and conserves natural resources as no further use
of dyes and chemicals are required which are extremely harmful to the natural environment.
Sustainability Initiatives
As the fashion industry continues to grapple with its impact on the environment, we are increasingly implementing sustainability initiatives. The use of eco-friendly materials, such as organic cotton and recycled fabrics, which require fewer resources to produce and reduce waste. Our another initiative is the adoption of sustainable production methods, such as using renewable energy sources or reducing water consumption in the manufacturing process. These sustainability initiatives demonstrate our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of garment manufacturing and promoting a more sustainable fashion industry.
Water Saving
Water is a crucial resource in garment manufacturing, and as the fashion industry continues to face increasing pressure to reduce its environmental impact, water-saving initiatives are becoming more prevalent. We have implemented the use of water-efficient machinery, such as low-water-consumption washing machines and dyeing equipment. Additionally, we’ve implemented processes to recycle and reuse water, such as filtering and purifying wastewater for use in subsequent production
cycles. We are using alternative textile dyeing methods, such as digital printing and air dyeing, which use significantly less water than traditional dyeing methods. Our efforts are to reduce their water consumption, minimize their impact on local
water supplies, and promote a more sustainable fashion industry.
Women Empowerment
Our mission is to empower women by providing them with employment opportunities and training in garment manufacturing. We employ over 600 women in Pakistan, many of whom are from marginalized communities, and provide them with fair wages, safe working conditions, and opportunities for skills development. Through its focus on women empowerment and sustainable manufacturing practices, Inicio Apparel is not only creating economic opportunities for women in Pakistan but also promoting a more sustainable and socially responsible fashion industry.
